FrischSchoggi Florentine Milk

A particularly high level of craftsmanship goes into our Florentine FrischSchoggi. Flaked almonds, sugar, butter, and cream are first heated together to form a smooth mixture. This Florentine mass is then shaped into a thin plate, baked, and finally pressed onto fresh milk chocolate. A wonderful testament to the importance that traditional confectionery and chocolate-making still hold for us today.

A little hint: enjoy your FrischSchoggi as fresh as possible – it smells and tastes best within the first few weeks.

*Period during which the product’s sensory qualities are optimal. However, after this date the product retains its inherent qualities and may still be consumed if it has been stored under good conditions.
