A particularly high level of craftsmanship goes into our Florentine FrischSchoggi. Flaked almonds, sugar, butter, and cream are first heated together to form a smooth mixture. This Florentine mass is then shaped into a thin plate, baked, and finally pressed onto fresh dark chocolate. A wonderful testament to the importance that traditional confectionery and chocolate-making still hold for us today.
