For this creation, we use a distinctive blend of finely ground Arabica and Robusta beans, rounding out the flavor with an aromatic coffee paste and our fresh Swiss milk chocolate. Each plate is decorated with small macchiato hearts made of white chocolate – artfully shaped as if by a barista.
